Writing in regards to the rules

I randomly passed by this forum and read the rules.
No offense, just post to drop some advice.




Punishments:

1.Foul languages(Both Chinese and English) are prohibited
   -The phrases which have bad meaning are banned, he or she will be deducted 20-30 points
   -If somebody replies or posts foul language, he or she will be deducted 20-30 points

2. Posting meaningless topics and replies are prohibited
    - Such as without any meaningful comments or expressing their ideas
    -Violating the post will be deducted 10 points

3. Copy other(delete 's) member's replies or topics and double postings are prohibited
    - He or she will be deducted 10-20 points

4. Reply different posts continuously for more than 10 times and reply (delete in) any old posts are prohibited
    -He or she will be deducted 20-30 points

5. Scolding at each other in the post and advertising are prohibited
    - He or she will will be deducted 30-40 points and the post will be closed

6. NO CHINESE reply is allowed in English Plaza (I am a HongKonger as well as a Chinese.)
   - If any members break this rules(delete s), he or she will be deducted 30 points!

7. Open (Create) more than 7 posts in a day is prohibited
   - Each extra post will be deducted 10 points

8. Posting other forum's website is prohibited  I get what you mean for this one, but what is the difference with number 5's advertising?
   - He or she will deduct 40-50 points
